Eligible R C S Furnishings products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing, workmanship or materials that occur under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper installation or use
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by conditions the product was not designed for
- Natural variations in material, color, texture or markings
Handmade Product Variations
Our products may be handmade from natural materials. Natural rattan, wicker, rush and wood can show small variations in colour, grain and weave. Minor differences between pieces are normal and are part of the uniqueness of each item.
Warranty Claims
To make a claim, contact info@rcsfurnishings.shop with your order information, a description of the issue and photos when applicable.
Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, R C S Furnishings may repair, replace or otherwise resolve the issue at its discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
