We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Handmade Products

Our products are made from natural materials. Natural rattan, wicker, rush and wood can show small variations in colour, grain and weave. No two pieces are exactly alike. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will make it right.

Customized Products

Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return, unless they arrive defective, damaged or materially different from the agreed customization.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. For eligible returns within the United Kingdom we provide a prepaid return label, so you don't pay any postage. Exchanges are also available – just let us know when you contact us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days to your original payment method or by another agreed method.
