Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United Kingdom.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and transit takes 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–10 business days.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my product?
Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email info@rcsfurnishings.shop with your order number to start a return. See our Refund Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Eligible products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Our products are handmade from natural materials. Natural rattan, wicker, rush and wood can show small variations in colour, grain and weave. These variations make every piece unique.
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the product. Customization options, when available, are shown on the product page.
